We provide you and your horse a clean, safe and relaxed setting from which you can enjoy over 25 miles of beautiful Adirondack trails within the famous Wilcox Lake Wild Forest Management Area. Our facilities are perched in a sandy valley between Baldhead Mountain and Bear Mountain Peak, with breathtaking views overlooking the tranquil waters of Stony Creek itself. You may camp outdoors, or choose to stay in our guest trailer, which sleeps six. There are two B&B's near by, and the famous Stony Creek Inn at the 4-corners of the Town, and two local camp grounds which rent cabins, and or trailers, if you are not traveling with your campers. All are just a few miles away. Your horse will agree that the remoteness of our setting offers horseback riding and "driving" in a new perspective. Only 35 miles north of the Amtrak Station at Saratoga Springs,NY,we are a short drive from the Lake George and Lake Luzerne resort areas, as well as the City of Glens Falls.Pick-up and drop-off service to Amtrak or public transport can be provided. Use our horses* or trailer up your own for a unique equestrian getaway! We provide full board,giving you the opportunity to visit all the wonderful sites of the area. We offer free trailer and buggy parking, so you will be free to explore luxury dining in Saratoga, a day at Saratoga Racetrack, a evening at Saratoga gaming, or other overnight trips to other attractions the area has to offer. The new Six Flags Water Park is only minutes away in the Town of Lake George.
